# Your account

Sign in on another device, manage your details, or permanently delete your account.

Use the same sign-in method and account across your devices to see your saved work. The sign-in screen shows the methods available to you, including email and supported social sign-ins.

## Sign in on a new device

Keli may ask for an emailed verification code. Check the address on the sign-in screen and your spam folder. Use the newest code if you requested more than one. Never share a sign-in code with support or paste it into a chat.

If the code does not arrive, see [sign-in trouble](/troubleshooting#sign-in).

## Change your email

Open the account controls from your profile menu and manage your email addresses. Verify the new address before relying on it. If you cannot access your old sign-in method, [contact support](/contact).

## Delete your account

In mobile Settings, tap your profile and choose **Delete account**. Read the confirmation carefully: deletion cannot be undone.

Before deleting, download the files and billing receipts you need. Keli cancels subscriptions, removes the Stripe customer and stored payment methods, revokes connector access, schedules deletion of your saved Keli data, and deletes your sign-in account. Stripe retains invoices, but your old billing portal is no longer available. Deletion does not itself issue a refund.

If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also select **Stop Using Sign in with Apple** for Keli in your Apple account settings after deletion.

For billing questions, read [Manage your plan](/manage-plan).
