# Keli on iOS and Android

Start a task on your phone and continue with the same Keli account across devices.

Use Keli on your iPhone or Android phone to ask questions, work with photos and files, and talk through a task. Sign in with the same account you use on the web or desktop to find your saved conversations.

## Your first mobile task

1. Open the Keli app and choose a sign-in method shown on screen. Use the same method and account you used before; complete email verification if asked.
2. Start a chat and describe the result you want. For example: “Turn these meeting notes into five actions, with an owner and due date for each.”
3. Tap **+** beside the message field to attach a photo or file, then send your request.
4. Ask for changes in the same conversation. Stop a response if you want to change direction.

## Find your work

Open the navigation menu to move between **Chats**, **Projects**, **Code**, **Artifacts**, **Cowork**, and **Settings**. Use Chats to return to a conversation and Projects to keep related work together. Artifacts brings together the outputs saved from your tasks.

Your saved chats use the same account as the web app. If history looks different on another device, check which account is signed in on each device. An internet connection is needed to send requests and sync your work.

## Use the phone's camera and microphone

- [Photos and files](/mobile-attachments): attach a picture, take a new photo, or choose a document.
- [Voice on mobile](/mobile-voice): speak with Keli, preview a shared voice in Settings, and tap Play beneath replies to read them aloud.

Permissions are requested when a feature needs them. You can keep using text chat if you do not want to grant microphone or camera access.

## Work across devices

Set up connectors in the web or desktop app; mobile does not manage them. Review an action's approval request before choosing **Allow once** or denying it. See [Cowork](/cowork) and [Approvals](/approvals).

Local terminal commands and computer control run on your computer, not on your phone. Keep the [desktop app](/desktop-install) open for work that depends on it, including scheduled tasks.

## Updates and help

Use the same distribution channel you installed Keli from to check for app updates. If a feature is missing, update the app and reopen it.

For account trouble, see [Sign-in troubleshooting](/troubleshooting#sign-in). For a problem specific to mobile, [contact support](/contact) with your phone model, iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when it happened. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
