# Projects

Keep reusable instructions and reference material together for a piece of work.

Create a project, give it a useful name, and add the instructions you would otherwise repeat in every chat.

## Add context

Add the reference material the project needs, then select the project in the chat’s project picker. Check that the intended project is selected before sending.

PDF project context is managed on the web. On mobile, use the project’s available context controls, or return to the web to add a PDF.

## Keep context current

A folder context is a snapshot, not a live mirror. If files change after you add the folder, refresh the context before asking Keli to use the new material.

Project instructions save you re-pasting the same brief. They do not make a huge reference set free to process, and they do not grant permission to take actions in your accounts. See [Approvals](/approvals).
