Troubleshooting
Find the message you see and the next step that can get you moving again.
Is Keli down?
Try a fresh request and check whether the same problem occurs on another device. If several unrelated tasks fail, contact support with the time and exact message. A public Keli status page is not yet configured in this documentation; do not assume a failure is caused by your account.

Sign-in
Check the email address on the screen, look in spam, and use the newest verification code. Sign in using the same account method as before. If the problem persists, send support the exact message. Never send a password or verification code.
Context
A conversation can grow too large even when you have credits left. Start a new chat, attach only the relevant files, and give Keli a short summary of what to continue. A Project can hold the standing instructions.
Connections
Open Customize on web or desktop and check the connection. Reconnect when authorization has expired or been revoked. Mobile does not manage connectors. Do not repeatedly approve an action whose destination you do not recognize.
Docker
Start Docker Desktop and wait until it is ready. On Windows, use Linux containers. Sandboxed terminals cannot mount a WSL folder; choose a Windows folder for that operation. Auto mode’s isolated action has no network, so package installation can require a separately reviewed action.
Desktop
Install the latest update and restart the app. Windows terminal tools use Git Bash or PowerShell; they are supported. Computer control cannot type into elevated windows or a locked screen. On macOS, check Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions.
Press Esc to stop desktop control. Scheduled tasks run only while Keli is open, including in the tray. They cannot currently be edited: pause or delete the old task and create its replacement.
Artifacts
Deleting an artifact can leave an old card in the transcript that no longer opens. The Library has no undo or bulk delete. Download important files before deleting them. Folder contexts are snapshots; add updated material when files change.
Chrome and mobile
The extension is not yet on the Chrome Web Store. Some sites ignore its synthetic clicks; finish that step yourself or use desktop computer control with consent. Mobile has no role shelf, slash palette, or connector management. Use web or desktop for those controls. The CLI is unpublished.
